This gives the illusion that the car has more horspower in your calculations when it is saving time through the gears in every corner and on the straights. This is one of the ways that nissan has made it look like it defies the laws of physics. P.S. Did i mention the ultra short gear ratios up to 100mph? Just a couple of tricks nissan has pulled off. I expect the power output to be between 500-515 bhp and cant wait to get my hands on it and tune it upto 600bhp if the gearbox will take it. You forgot about the quick gear change.
